WIP and a few finishes

Is it really Wednesday already?

Well at least I've been getting a lot done!

I finished this needle case for my mom. She was absolutely thrilled with it, which is good because it was super putzy. Not a big fan of those kind of projects, but my mom is worth it.

I also finished this delightful baby quilt for a cousin-in-law. As previously stated, I used Malka's pattern and fabric. I quilted it by following the diagonal lines of the triangle points. It was pretty easy overall and yet it looks dynamic. Very excited to give it away this weekend.

Up next, I am making a New York Beauty from Block 0 with these fabrics. It's for my swap partner in the Modern She Made Swap. Super excited to get paper-piecing.

Then I need to cut up fabric for Bee hosting in one of my Modern 99 block bees and make some blocks for my 3 bees.

But then...I am deadline free for the foreseeable future! Yay! I've got plenty of WIP's to get back to and plenty of fabric just taunting me!!

TTFN and Linking Up!

  1. Good luck with the New York Beauty. I love the block, but I'm terrified to make it! : ) Love your stuff- especially that beautiful baby quilt.
